‘Buy American’ and withdrawing from Afghanistan

The Americans are sticking to their Buy American clause in Obama’s $815 billion stimulus package. Instead of retaliating in kind, I suggest we withdraw our troops from Afghanistan, which is the 21st century version of Vietnam for US imperialism. That’ll focus American minds more than some half-arsed Buy Australian nonsense.
