Shut down Canberra today 1 June

‘The Australian Government plan to Shut Down Aboriginal Peoples Communities and Homelands so on June 1st access to Parliament House will be Shut. Commonwealth Avenue Bridge will be closed.’

 

According to the Embassy:

Attention all drivers in Canberra.

A protest In Solidarity with Shut Down Australia will be conducting a 60 minute Strike Nationally. Commonwealth Avenue Bridge will be closed. Access to Parliament House will be restricted on June 1st 2015.

The Australian Government plan to Shut Down Aboriginal Peoples Communities and Homelands so on June 1st access to Parliament House will be Shut. Commonwealth Avenue Bridge will be closed.

Expect Delays.
