Send Barnaby to Indonesia
It is a pity that Barnaby Joyce, a man of tact, diplomacy, nuance and subtlety, isn’t going to Indonesia to fix things up. I know I am disappointed that Barnaby is missing out on this great opportunity, and I am sure the Indonesians feel the same way. [Sarcasm alert.] (0)

You can support the 55 sacked workers (CUB sacked them to cut their wages 65%) by:

1. Sending the company a message demanding the immediate reinstatement of the workers here: https://www.iufcampaigns.org/campaigns/show_campaign.cgi…

2. Signing the petition calling on SABMiller boss Ari Mervis to intervene and reinstate the workers here: https://www.megaphone.org.au/p…/reinstate-sacked-cub-workers

3. Boycotting C.U.B. products until the workers are reinstated. You can find a list of their brands here: https://www.etuvic.com.au/content/cub-workers

This is just the beginning of this trend. Robotics will eliminate many jobs so the masses will compete over fewer jobs thus lowering wages.

The big corporates are in fact shrinking their own markets by eliminating jobs and lowering wages. Soon there will be driverless UBER cars ,trucks ,fully automated fast food outlets. No one has addressed this reality or have any solutions as more and more wealth gets condensed into the hands of a few.87 people now have more wealth than half the planet’s population.
